Larry D. Hunter
Interim Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Hunter is currently serving as the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 1, 2009, pending selection by the Company's Board of Directors of the successor to Chase Carey as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hunter has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2004. He served as Senior Vice President from June 2001 to January 2004 and as General Counsel since December 2002. He was named Associate General Counsel in June 2001 and was named Corporate Vice President in August 1998. Mr. Hunter served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DIRECTV Japan from 1998 until 2001
Bruce B. Churchill
Executive Vice President & President, DIRECTV Latin America: Mr. Churchill presently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Company, President - New Ventures and as President and Chief Executive Officer of DirecTV Latin America, LLC. He served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from January 2004 until March 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Churchill served as President and Chief Operating Officer of STAR from May 2000 to January 2004. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of STAR since 1996. Prior to joining STAR, Mr. Churchill served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Fox Television.
Patrick T. Doyle
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer: Pat Doyle is executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In his role, Doyle is responsible for all internal and external financial affairs within the Finance organization, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, business management, investor relations, audit, and tax. Prior to his current role, Doyle was senior vice president, treasurer, controller of the company. In this role, he was responsible for functions including accounting, payroll, site operations, purchasing, and tax. Doyle joined the company in 1992 as director, Taxes. He was appointed vice president, Taxes in October 1996 and was given the added responsibility for Corporate Development in June 1997. Previously, Doyle worked for oilfield services company Baker Hughes and public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. A certified public accountant, Doyle is also a member of the Financial Executives Institute and the California Taxpayers Association board of directors.
J. William Little
Senior Vice President and Treasurer: Mr. Little currently serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer & Business Development of the Company. He joined the Company in August 2004 as Vice President, Business Development and was named Senior Vice President & Treasurer in February 2007. Prior to joining DirecTV, Mr. Little was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he served from 2000 to 2004. Previously, he held various positions at Lazard Fréres and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Little received a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1996, and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1991.
John Malone
Chairman: Liberty Media Corporation/Liberty Global, Inc.

John C. Malone is a Class II Director and Chairman of the Company since February 2008. Mr. Malone serves as Chairman of the Board of Liberty Media Corporation Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Tele-Communications, Inc., or TCI until it merged with AT&T Corp. Prior to this role, Mr. Malone served as President of TCI from 1973 to 1996. He currently serves as Chairman of Liberty Global, Inc., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Discovery Holding Company, a Director of Bank of New York, IAC/InterActiveCorp and Expedia, Inc.
John F. Murphy
Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer: John F. Murphy currently serves as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He joined The DIRECTV Group in October 2004 as Vice President & General Auditor responsible for global internal audit activities for the Group. Murphy has over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting and auditing as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining The DIRECTV Group, Murphy served as Vice President - Finance and Emerging Businesses for Experian Group Ltd. Previously, Murphy was head of internal audit activities at International Rectifier, JDS Uniphase, and Nestle USA. He holds a M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California, a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Michael W. Palkovic
Executive Vice President, Operations: Mike Palkovic is executive vice president, Operations for DIRECTV, Inc., the nation's leading satellite television service provider. In his role, Palkovic oversees primary contacts with customers, from the initial point of sale through the life of the customer's programming service, including customer service, field services and supply chain management.

Prior to his current role, Palkovic was executive vice president and chief financial officer of DIRECTV, a role that he had held since July 2001. In this role, he was responsible for all internal and external financial affairs within the Finance organization. He has served as an executive vice president since 2004.

Palkovic joined DIRECTV in 1996 as the director of Financial Planning and was promoted to vice president of that department in 1998. He was responsible for all financial support for the company's Sales, Marketing and Operations organizations.

Before joining DIRECTV, Palkovic spent 14 years at Times Mirror Cable Television (TMCT) where he held a number of positions, including director of Business Operations, where he was responsible for directing the annual budget and review process, conducting operation and financial analyses and preparing strategic operational plans.

Palkovic has also served as director of Contract Negotiations and Pricing at TMCT. He managed programming and pricing analysis functions, and developed retail pricing analyses and recommendations for major product lines. In addition, Palkovic also held the positions of director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Corporate Accounting manager.

Palkovic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Providence College. He is based in DIRECTV's El Segundo, Calif. headquarters.
Romulo C. Pontual
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer: Mr. Pontual currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Previously, Mr. Pontual served as Executive Vice President, Television Platforms at News Corporation since 1996 where he represented News Corporation as a board member of three of its affiliated companies (Sky Brasil, Innova and iDirect).
